Online coaching is an excellent option if you’re looking for guidance, structure and accountability in your training
How it works:
Working with me starts with an initial consultation where we will discuss your goals, training experience, injury history and lifestyle habits. I will use this information to create a customized 8-week plan for you that you can do on your own time.
Each week, I will update your program with prescribed exercises, weights, sets and reps. You will execute the program, provide feedback on the sessions and I will use this feedback to update your program for the following week.
With this style of coaching, we will be collaborating together in order to work towards your goals effectively and efficiently.
When you sign up, you will receive:
30 minute introductory call
Customized program with video tutorials
Weekly check-ins via our training app
Unlimited support and guidance in regards to your health and wellness
Price:
$150 + HST for a 4 week customized program
