In-Person Training

I offer 1-on-1, 2-on-1 and 3-on-1 personal training. Whether you want to move better, feel better or become stronger, I will help you work towards those goals by creating a program and guiding you through the process of improving your health and fitness.


How it works:

Working with me starts with an initial assessment where we will discuss your goals, training experience, injury history and everything in between. This is our chance to get to know each other and to see if we’re a good fit! We will also take this opportunity to do a thorough full-body strength and mobility assessment. From there, I will create a program tailored to your goals and we will begin the process of working towards those goals.


What’s Included:

  • Personalized programming and coaching

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance

  • Additional workouts to be done on your own

  • Additional stretching and movement routines to be done on your own


Price for 1-hour sessions:

  • 1-on-1 personal training rates are $100 + HST

  • 2-on-1 personal training rates are $60 + HST per person

  • 3-on-1 personal training rates are $45 + HST per person

    *30 and 45-minute sessions are also available*
