My name is Theodore Lim and I am a personal trainer in West End Toronto. My coaching services are for anyone who wants to feel better, move better and become stronger. My specialty lies in teaching you the essentials of strength training and mindful movement. Whether you need accountability, a kickstart to your fitness journey or you want to learn how to exercise without hurting yourself, I am here for you.

Personal Training
I offer both one-on-one personal training as well as two-on-one training in my private facility. Whether you want to move better, feel better or become stronger, I will help you work towards those goals by creating a program and guiding you through the process of improving your health and fitness.
Book Your First Session Today
In your first session, I will sit down with you to discuss your health history, any past or current injuries you might have and your specific goals. I will take this time to truly get to know you and hear about everything you're looking to accomplish. I will also take you through a full-body assessment to see where your current strength and mobility levels are at.
Online Coaching
Online coaching is an excellent option if you’re looking for guidance, structure and accountability in your training. We will start with an initial consultation that will give us a chance to discuss your goals and get to know each other. From there, I will create an individualized program catered to your unique goals, training experience and injury history.
