In this episode, I answer Omar’s question – ‘How do you know if you’re doing too much or too little?’. I dive into how tracking your training via a training log can help you understand your body better and thus, make more gains. For me, knowing what to do in the gym is one thing. Knowing how your body feels on any given day is another. I believe that developing a strong sense of self-awareness is key for making lifelong gains.
