  • Sunday – Simple and Sinister / Daily Pullups
  • Monday – Deadlifts / Bench / Daily Pullups
  • Tuesday – Simple and Sinister / Daily Pullups
  • Wednesday – Simple and Sinister / Daily Pullups
  • Thursday – Squat / Rows / Daily Pullups
  • Friday – Metcon / Daily Pullups
  • Saturday – Simple and Sinister / Daily Pullups

 

Main Priorities:

  • Build pullup capacity
  • Refine KB Swings and TGU technique / work capacity
  • Lift heavy twice
  • Metcon hard once
  • SMR and proper warmups/cooldowns everyday
