What is Your ‘Why’?

For me, I have three very basic tenants that I approach my every day life with:

  1. I am living the life I choose and mastering my craft as a coach
  2. I am helping and building others up through strength, movement, kindness and awareness
  3. I am making a positive impact on those around me

 

These are my current ‘whys’. What are yours?
